Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIThauma LLC handles personal information in Thauma's web workspace, API, account management, and support services. For privacy questions, contact support@aithauma.com.

1. Information we process

Account information: your email address, account identifiers, display name, verification information, and security settings needed for registration or sign-in. When you use a third-party sign-in provider, we receive the account information needed to complete sign-in.

Content: prompts, conversations, files, and images you submit, along with answers or images generated by models. Web conversations and related content are used to provide history and continued conversations.

Usage and transaction information: model names, request sources and identifiers, token or image usage, timestamps, settlement status, credit changes, and order records. Payments are handled by payment providers, whose policies also govern their processing of payment information.

Technical and support information: network, device, error, and security records needed to fulfill requests and operate the service, plus messages, attachments, and contact information you choose to provide to support.

2. How information is used

We use this information to verify identity, fulfill model requests, save conversations, calculate usage, process payments and credits, troubleshoot faults, prevent abuse, and respond to support and privacy requests. Submit only information needed for your task, and avoid including passwords, complete credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or support messages.

3. Model and other service providers

Generating a result requires sending the necessary prompts, context, and attachments to the selected model service channel. Data practices may differ between channels. Using Thauma does not mean that every upstream provider follows the same retention or training rules. Contact support before use if sensitive business data requires specific conditions.

We also use providers for hosting, network security, payments, and customer support. Information supplied to a provider should relate to its service. We may also process or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.

When you select Auto mode, necessary prompt text, recent conversation text and attachment types are processed by our routing service provider to choose an execution model. We do not send attachment contents, your account email or API credentials to this router. The chosen execution provider separately receives the content needed to answer your request. You can avoid this routing step by selecting a model manually.

4. Cookies, local storage, and live support

We use necessary cookies or browser storage to maintain sign-in, interface preferences, and service state. Clearing or disabling this storage may sign you out or remove saved preferences.

Live support is provided through LiveChat. The component loads after you click a support entry point. During connection, the provider may process network and browser information and the page address, and use storage needed for its operation. Information you enter and messages you send in the support window are processed by that support service.

This integration does not automatically fill in your Thauma account email or send your full conversation history, credit ledger, or API keys to LiveChat. You can choose not to open live support and email support@aithauma.com instead.

5. Retention, security, and deletion

We retain information according to the needs of account and history features, settlement, security investigations, and applicable obligations. Different categories may require different retention periods. Account deletion does not necessarily immediately remove transaction or security records that must be retained, and backup cleanup may take time.

We use measures such as access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices and credentials and contact support if you notice unusual activity.

6. Your choices and requests

Account settings let you view or update supported profile fields, manage security settings, and request account deletion through the available process. You can email support with other requests to access, correct, delete, or export information. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account.

The action we can take depends on the request, technical conditions, and applicable law. We will explain the result or why a request cannot be fulfilled.

7. Locations, minors, and policy updates

Models and service providers may operate in different regions, so necessary information may be processed outside your location. Organizations with specific data-location requirements should contact support before use.

The service is not directed at children. Users below an applicable local age threshold should use it only in accordance with local requirements and any necessary parental or guardian authorization. Contact support with concerns involving a minor's information.

We will revise the date on this page when this policy changes, and provide appropriate notice of changes that materially affect information processing. The operator is AIThauma LLC, and our contact email is support@aithauma.com.
