Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Thauma web workspace, model API, and related account services provided by AIThauma LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

1. Services and accounts

Thauma provides multi-model conversations, image generation, API access, and usage management. Available models, features, prices, and limits are described on the relevant pages and in your order. Models may be supplied through different upstream services, with different capabilities and availability.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and API keys, and take responsibility for use that you authorize through your account. If you discover a compromised key or unauthorized activity, revoke the affected key, secure your account, and contact support promptly.

2. Acceptable use

You must have the right to submit your inputs, files, and images, and comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful content, violations of privacy or intellectual property, attacks on systems, circumvention of access restrictions, or abuse of free allowances.

Automated requests must comply with API limits. We may rate-limit or suspend abnormal traffic to protect service availability. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support for review.

3. AI-generated content

Models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content, and different users may receive similar output. Independently check results before publishing them, executing generated code, or relying on them for important matters, and assess whether they are suitable for your purpose.

Using the service does not, by itself, transfer your existing rights in submitted content. We process content as needed to fulfill requests, save history, provide support, and operate the service. Your use of output remains subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that output is exclusive or eligible for intellectual property protection.

4. Subscriptions, purchased credits, and billing

Payment amounts, billing periods, renewal arrangements, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout and in your order. Review them before paying. The use, grant schedule, and expiration of subscription and purchased credits are explained in Pricing and usage.

Subscription credits are granted in monthly periods anchored to the purchase date. Unused credits expire at the end of their period. Purchased credits do not expire. Older orders retain the rules that applied when purchased. Basic-model web benefits do not make API calls free.

Model charges are calculated from actual usage at the applicable rates. Contact support for renewal cancellation, plan changes, or order issues. Effective dates are determined by the relevant account and order confirmation. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Third-party services

Model requests, payments, and support conversations may involve third-party services. Their availability and processing practices may affect your use. Thauma plans do not include fees that third-party client applications may charge separately.

6. Changes and termination

We may maintain or change models, interfaces, and features, and will explain material changes affecting use through appropriate means. You may stop using the service and submit account requests through account settings or support. Suspension or account closure does not automatically remove valid payment obligations already incurred.

7. Responsibility and contact

We address service failures, billing questions, and account issues, but cannot guarantee that upstream models will always be available or that their output will always be correct. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding, or limit your statutory rights.
