Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from AIThauma LLC through Thauma. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support@aithauma.com from your account email with the order reference and an explanation. Never send your password, API key, or full card number.

Purchased credits

You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if the purchased credits have not been used. We verify the payment and ledger before approving a refund. Used credits and free, promotional, or subscription-granted credits cannot be redeemed for cash. If a purchase includes bonus credits, an approved refund removes the associated bonus as well as the refunded paid credits.

Subscriptions and renewals

For a new subscription or renewal, contact us within 24 hours if you have not used the benefits or credits for that purchase. Other subscription refund requests are reviewed individually. Stopping renewal does not by itself refund an existing period. Contact support to cancel future renewal; we will confirm the effective date. This policy does not change the purchase-date monthly credit periods in your plan.

Incorrect charges and service problems

Report duplicate payments, missing credits, or an incorrect usage charge even if more than 24 hours have passed. Include the approximate time and relevant request or order reference. We will compare the request and payment records, then correct confirmed errors through a ledger adjustment or refund as appropriate. A generated answer that does not meet your expectations is not, by itself, evidence of a billing error.

Processing an approved refund

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Related credits or subscription benefits are adjusted to prevent double use. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary; support can provide the refund reference once issued. We will explain any restriction or adjustment before processing. Existing purchases retain their original applicable terms, and statutory refund rights take precedence over this policy.
